Dupont Building Mezzanie level began its utilization as a Special Events Venue in 2001. With elegant historical detail and understatedly opulent décor, the Venue, a former bank headquarters – complete with teller windows and two bank vaults – quickly became a highly sought-after Event Venue for an enterprising clientele looking for Miami Style accented with New York glamour.
Comprising the entire 22,000 square foot Mezzanine Level of the Building, The Venue is divided into two distinct ballrooms as well as two service corridors accessing both sides of the Venue.
In addition to its’ use as a venue, the Mezzanine Level has also been utilized as a location for countless movies, television shows, commercials and print advertisements.
